Dear Bruin Community and History Buffs!

As we are nearing the beginning of the Fall 2021 quarter, Phi Alpha Theta (PAT) has many events lined up for you to bring history to life and actively involve UCLA students through Professor Talks, Museum Visits, Book Chats, and much more.

In order to make the most out of this academic year and bring the campus community together, our board and Quaestio editorial team are looking for new members who have a passion for history, enjoy working with a team of likeminded students, and boost their resume.

The open board and journal positions are the following:

  • Treasurer
  • Director of Social Media Relations
  • Membership Chair
  • Event Coordinator
  • Standards Chair
  • Associate Editor for Quaestio

For more information on any of these positions, please contact us at:
Phi Alpha Theta: uclahistoryhonors@gmail.com
Quaestio: uclaquaestio@gmail.com
Or ask us at one of our meetings in the upcoming weeks.

If you are specifically interested in being part of the Quaestio editorial team, the only undergraduate history journal at UCLA, please visit the following webpage: Get involved. If you are looking for general information on the journal, please visit us here and view our past issues.

While we are actively in the process of filling our currently-vacant board and journal positions, we are always happy to see new faces! That being said, if you are looking for a group of people to talk history with, come join us and become part of an incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fun-loving community.

For information regarding how to join our community, please visit our Membership Requirements and Become a Member pages.

We are beyond excited to meet you this upcoming school year. Go Bruins!
